Go Tour Albania is a licensed tour operator and the controller of the personal data described in this policy. We operate fully online to keep our prices low. For any privacy question, email hello@gotouralbania.com.

Information you give us. When you send an inquiry, message us on WhatsApp, email us, or subscribe to our newsletter, we receive your name, contact details, travel dates, group size and anything you choose to tell us about your trip.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our server keeps basic logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) and we may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand which guides are useful. We do not build advertising profiles.

We do not knowingly collect data from children, and we never ask for more than we need to plan your trip.

We use your information only to:

• reply to your inquiry and answer your questions;
• arrange, confirm and run your tour, car rental or group trip;
• send booking details, pickup times and essential trip updates;
• send occasional travel tips or offers, only if you opted in (you can unsubscribe any time);
• meet our legal, accounting and insurance obligations.

Where the EU/UK GDPR applies, we rely on contract (to arrange the trip you ask for), consent (for optional marketing emails), and legitimate interests (to run and improve our service securely). You can withdraw consent at any time.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the people needed to deliver your trip: the guides, drivers, skippers and accommodation partners on your specific booking, and with service providers such as our email or payment processors, under confidentiality. We may disclose data where required by law.

We keep inquiry and booking information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymise it. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, or to stop using it for marketing. Email hello@gotouralbania.com and we'll respond promptly. If you're in the EU/UK and unhappy with our response, you may complain to your national data protection authority (in Albania, the Information and Data Protection Commissioner).

We keep cookies to a minimum. On your first visit we show a cookie banner with two choices, and nothing non-essential loads until you decide:

• Accept All: we load Google Analytics 4, which sets a small number of cookies so we can see aggregated, anonymised statistics (pages viewed, referring source, country, device type). We never use this to identify you personally and we do not build advertising profiles.
• Decline: no analytics scripts are loaded, no analytics cookies are set, and no data is sent to Google. The site works exactly the same.

Your choice is stored locally in your browser so you are not asked again. To change it, clear your site data for this site and reload; the banner will reappear. You can also block cookies in your browser without losing core functionality. We do not set marketing, advertising, or social-tracking cookies of any kind.
