Booking Terms

These terms apply when you book or inquire about a tour, group trip or car rental with Go Tour Albania. We operate fully online to keep our prices low. Booking with us means you agree to them. They sit alongside the details on each tour page, which always take precedence for that specific trip.

Booking starts with an inquiry; it's free and commits you to nothing. Your trip is confirmed only when we reply confirming availability and, where required, your deposit is received. We'll send pickup details the evening before day trips.

Prices are shown per person in euros (EUR) unless stated otherwise, and each tour page lists exactly what is and isn't included. Optional extras (private upgrades, extra pickups, add-ons) are quoted before you confirm. Groups of ten or more receive 10% off published tour prices.

Day trips are paid in cash or by card on the day. Multi-day trips take a 20% deposit by card or bank transfer to secure your places, with the balance due as set out in your confirmation. Car rental is reserved without card-deposit blocks; any fuel or damage terms are explained at handover.

By you: free cancellation up to 48 hours before a day trip, and up to 14 days before a multi-day trip; deposits are refundable within those windows. Later cancellations may not be refundable, because we'll have committed guides, boats and rooms on your behalf.

By us: safety comes first. If weather or circumstances force us to cancel, we'll offer a reschedule or a full refund of amounts paid to us. A few departures need a minimum number of travelers; if it isn't met we'll tell you early and offer the same choice.

Please arrive on time, give accurate traveler details, bring suitable footwear and clothing for the day, and follow your guide's safety instructions. Tell us in advance about medical conditions, dietary needs or mobility considerations so we can plan well. Travel insurance is strongly recommended for every visitor.

We are a licensed tour operator with insured vehicles and vessels, and we run our trips with reasonable skill and care. We aren't liable for events beyond our reasonable control (weather, road closures, strikes, acts of nature) or for losses that aren't a foreseeable result of our actions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Our guides sometimes take photos on tour. If you'd prefer not to appear in anything we share, just tell your guide and we'll respect it.
