Saranda Luxury Yacht Tour: Secret Bays

5.063 Google reviewsDeparts from Saranda marina

The coast north of Saranda is worth seeing twice, and there is a real difference between seeing it from a bench on a packed day boat and seeing it from a sun deck with room to lie down. This is a 17-metre motor yacht running the same bays with a quarter of the passengers.

Experience & Highlights

  • A 17-metre yacht with sixteen passengers maximum
  • Swim platform, sun deck and real shade
  • Kakome, Krorëz and the bays towards Porto Palermo
  • Lunch cooked on board and drinks included
  • Stops chosen with the group, not to a fixed script

Full Description

The practical differences are the ones that matter over seven hours: a proper swim platform at the stern rather than a ladder over the side, shade you can get into, a head that works, and lunch cooked on board instead of handed out in a box. The crew pick the stops with you rather than to a script.

Route depends on the day and the wind, but it usually runs Kakome, the caves on the headland, Krorëz, and one or two of the bays towards Porto Palermo that the group boats do not have the time for.

Good questions, honest answers

What is the difference from the standard Saranda boat tour?

Sixteen passengers instead of sixty, a swim platform rather than a ladder, shade you can use, a working head, and lunch cooked on board. The coast is the same coast. Whether that is worth the difference in price depends on how you feel about crowded decks.

Can we charter the whole yacht?

Yes. For a family or a group of friends it often works out close to the per-person price of booking sixteen seats, and you set the route and the timings yourself. Ask us and we will quote for your dates.

Is lunch cooked on board?

Yes, in the galley, and served at anchor on the aft deck. Usually grilled fish with salads, bread and fruit. Tell us about allergies or dietary requirements two days ahead and it is straightforward to work around.
